3. One you decide is the right corporation click on its name, and you’ll see a bunch of information, always structured the same way.
First thing you have to check would be to see if the address for the Registered Agent is the same as the addresses of the Board members. If they are the same, you can skip the registration and move on to the next HOA name on the list.
4. Copy & paste in the spreadsheet the info as described below:
– Principal Address to column C – copy everything in one cell
– Mailing Address to column D – copy everything in one cell
– Registered Agent Name to column E – if there are more than one name, copy them both in one cell
– Registered Agent Address to column F
– Board Member Title to column G
Titles might be abbreviated sometimes: P for President, VP for Vicepresident, T for Treasurer, S for Secretary, D for director
– Board Member FIRST Name to column H and the board member LAST name in column I.
VERY IMPORTANT: create a new line for each Board member shown in the registration, and copy the cells A to F too, then the details for each member. No cells should be empty.
5. For the cells below we need the personal mailing address of the Board member, NOT the registered agent’s address, as mentioned above as the first step.
– Board Member Street Address to column J
– Board Member City to column K
– Board Member State to column L
– Board Member ZIP to column M
6. The last two columns you have to find the email address and the phone number of the Board Member. Please check this video which describes how to do that by using the website https://www.
